Media Library
Upload, organize, and manage your media assets. Drag-and-drop uploads, media staging, and batch grouping for streamlined content creation.
Uploading Media
The Media Library supports drag-and-drop uploads for images and videos. You can upload multiple files at once and they will be stored securely in your organization's media storage.
Supported formats: - Images — JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP - Videos — MP4, WebM, MOV
All media is stored in Supabase Storage with per-organization isolation.
Media Staging
Media staging is a workflow for preparing content before posting. When you upload media, you can:
- 1.Add notes describing what the media is for.
- 2.Mark it as "Ready to Post" when it is ready for an AI agent or team member to use.
- 3.Group related media into batches.
This is especially useful when working with AI agents via MCP. The agent checks for "ready" media, reads your notes, and creates posts accordingly.
Batches
Batches group multiple media files that belong to a single post. For example, a carousel post with 5 images would be one batch.
To create a batch:
- 1.Select the media files you want to group.
- 2.Click "Create Batch".
- 3.Give the batch a name and add instructions (e.g., "Post as Instagram carousel on Monday at 9 AM").
- 4.Mark the batch as "Ready".
AI agents pick up ready batches and follow your instructions to create posts.
Using Media in Posts
When composing a post, you can attach media from your library or upload new files inline. Media attached to a post is linked via a junction table, so the same media file can be used across multiple posts.
For Instagram, at least one image or video is required — text-only posts are not supported on the platform.
